608 Bearing Hinged Pulley

608 Bearing in a Hinged Pulley

For use in light-weight situations, like a Rube-Goldberg machine, of string, pulleys, and home office doors.

This is an remix of two other things:

I took the core idea of a Hinged Pulley (thing:6299262), simplified and redesigned it down for a 608 bearing.
I remixed the 608zz pulley (thing:2599392) to have a deeper groove and steeper inward curve.
Together the hinge and deeper pulley groove help keep the pulley aligned with the string.

I used a nail as the pin for the hinge.
I used a command strip (foam with sticky tape on both sides) to adhere the pulley against the wall.

This thing was designed for use in my Rube-Goldberg system to open/close my office door from a string near my desk.
There was no AI utilized to design this object; good 'ol human intuition and learning.
