ZB2L3 / HW586 18650 Battery Tester w/ Cooling Fan

This is a remix of Crazy CZ's remix and I added the fan to cool the resistors and battery holder, these have been working out great with two resistors for the one amp draw and the single resistor for the .5 anp draw for weaker 18650 cells. A little CA or hot glue keeps the battery and fan in place and they are nice and compact.
