raising hammer casting patterns

Used for sand casting an aluminum bronze raising hammer head for working sheet copper. Print two each of the head pattern and core mold. You need a riser above the body when casting aluminum bronze (see my attached pic for the slight void because my riser was not quite big enough), you can either print one half of the pattern with the attached riser or use a chunk of appropriately sized dowel or other cylinder. The register holes for the core mold aren't much use, I just clamped the halves together. OpenSCAD files included. Grind the finished head to shape the desired faces. Aluminum bronze will work harden with use but it should be hard enough for working copper as is. Finished weight of the head as is 325g in aluminum bronze.
