Uncut Screws and Nuts

The nuts can have a different length than usual to make it stronger.
If the screws are too long just cut them shorter in your 3d modeling software.

Cut the small screws with the right torque:
Cut off material can clog the cutting tool and the torque will increase.
If the torque is too great it will break the screw via torsion.
