Tier Harribel cosplay hair piece

Hair pieces in Tier Harribel's hair. Can be used for other cosplays like Korra. I recommend running a clear hair rubber hand underneath of this to keep it from sliding down. There's an inner lip just for that and room for the rubber band to be hidden under this.
