Ford Explorer Heater Blend Door Actuator Gear 2006 - 2010

This is the small gear for a heater blend door actuator in a 2006 Ford Explorer. That model is the 2006 - 2010 so it should work in all of those years. If anyone needs the larger gear, I don't have it designed but definitely could if needed.

Printed 15% Infill and 2 Walls with some PET-G

Haven't done extensive testing but it is GUARANTEED up to 5 turns from hot to cold lol. Will update post with further testing and models if it fails.

I did have to flip it upside down and press it over the metal shaft, and then I could fit it over normally, though I may update the model if it causes issues / you could always scale it up
