Adjustable Air Gun to Hose Adapter (Air Blow Gun)

This is a fully parametric cone adapter designed to fit on a standard air blow gun and connect it to an air bellows or flexible ventilation hose. The tapered shape makes it easy to insert into the hose while keeping airflow concentrated and controlled.

The model is generated in OpenSCAD, so you can quickly customize the dimensions to match your own hose diameter and application.

🔧 Customization (OpenSCAD)

Open the .scad file and edit the parameters at the top:
height → total adapter height
bottom_diameter → large end diameter (hose side)
top_diameter → small end diameter (gun side)
hole_diameter → inner air passage

Press F5 to preview → F6 to render → Export STL.

🖨️ Recommended material

TPU (recommended): best sealing and grip when pushed onto the hose.
