Join the rim halves: Align the front and back parts and press them together.

Hardware required: Purchase 5× DIN 912 M5×8 socket head cap screws.

Mount the brake to the base: Position the brake on the base part, align the holes, and fasten using the 5 screws.

Final assembly: Combine the two sub-assemblies (rim + base/brake). Ensure everything is seated properly.
