This is a custom-designed accessory for the Drillmaster 1/4" Trim Router (Model 61626). It is engineered to replace or enhance the stock sub-base to provide better stability and precision for edge-routing and circle-cutting tasks.

Printing Recommendations:

Infill: 40-60% Grid or Gyroid for structural stiffness.

Walls: 3-4 perimeters to ensure the screw holes and slots are solid.

Orientation: Print flat on the bed to ensure the sliding surface is as smooth as possible.

To install this on your 61626, you will likely need:

(4) M4 Screws: Since this base is 0.25" thick, you may need to replace your stock screws with M4 x 14mm or M16mm pan-head screws to account for the additional material.
