HP Elite 8300 / Pro 6300 (Intel Gen 3) to AM3 CPU Cooler Adapter - The "Capacitor-Bridge" Remix

This is a heavy-duty remix of the AM3/AM4 CPU cooler bracket, customized for HP Compaq Elite 8300 / Pro 6300 desktops.
This design cleverly utilizes standard PC hardware to create a secure mounting stud system, preventing damage to the motherboard while clearing the tall capacitors found on these boards.
Hardware Required (BOM)
4x #6-32 Shoulder Screws (Standard 3.5" HDD mounting screws).
4x #6-32 Nuts.
4x Washers (Metal or plastic, to protect the back of the motherboard).
Installation Assembly Order (Bottom-Up)
The mounting system is assembled from the back of the case to the front. The stack-up order is:
Screw Head (Bottom / Back of Motherboard)
Washer
Motherboard PCB
Printed Bracket (Top / CPU Side)
Nut
Installation Instructions
Remove the original HP cooler and backplate.
Place a Washer on each #6-32 Shoulder Screw.
Insert the screws from the BACK of the motherboard towards the FRONT (CPU side).
Place the 3D Printed Adapter over the exposed screw threads on the front side.
Secure the bracket tightly using the #6-32 Nuts.
Install your AM3/AM4 clip-style cooler (e.g., Snowman T4, ICE400SE).
