tweaked stick height, cap diameter to make a more d-pad focused experience on the rg406v, with the additional benefit of making the device more pocket-able

requires a 0.2mm nozzle. i printed using petg. print upside-down with supports

should also work for rg406h but i haven't tested it yet.
