Zippo Cybertool 4mm bit holder

I love my Victorinox Cybertool, but I need more 4mm bits than the Victoinox ones (with the ball bearing detentes). So I found some alternative bit storage ideas. Most of which are sleeves for Zippo lighter cases... which seems nice but making a 3d print that makes the Zippo spring closure system work properly is quite difficult. My idea is to avoid it entirely. The printed case has been modified to use a stack of 3 X 1mm magnets to hold the case shut. And in stead of a removable sleeve, I just make it all one part.

Print the top and the bottom with the hollow ends up, it might want supports on the hinge area. you might need rafts, but I didn't use them.
Use a piece of 1.75mm filament as the hinge pin. I used a soldering iron to melt the ends kinda like a rivet.

I printed mine in PLA. Use whatever material and settings you think will stand up to your pocket. You know you best.
