CMM Swiffer Attachment

Tired of metal chips flying onto you CMM's Y-Axis track from nearby machine tool? Use this Swiffer attachment to wipe away your concerns!

1. Apply command strips to the back of the "Guide".
2. Attach "Guide" to the edge of the Y-Axis.
3. Slide a Swiffer duster pad onto the prongs so the teeth on the prongs firmly hold it in place.
   4 . Slide the "Prong" onto the "Guide".
4. Adjust height of "Prong" so the Swiffer pad is firmly contacted with the track.
5. Lock the position of the prong using a small machine screw.

You can also align multiple prongs together using the "Spacer" which roughly accounts for the width of the average Swiffer duster pad.
