25 drive blade for 2 blade chinese VDE
I got this 2 blade Chinese "VDE" (not really) screwdriver on Aliexpress for like $5 (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005009194213018.html). It has two slot ends and two Phillips ends, and is pretty useful around the house, and I love the colour scheme. But I felt it could use a 1/4" drive blade. In this case I put a 1/4" hex on one end and 1/4" square on the other.
As you can see the two ends are parts of someone else's things. The middle parts is all me.
I've tried several iteration of this, but when ever I thinned the walls of the 1/4" hex thin enough to be stored in the handle it becomes super easy to break there. Maybe in the future I separate the hex and square into standalone blades... but I really like them all in one.
I added holes to put 3mm X 1mm magnets. There's a stack of 3 in the hex drive, and there is one on each of two faces of the square drive.
I printed it standing up with the hex end up. I used 3 walls, and 100 % infill and like a archimedes gyroid for the 100% infill pattern. You need supports. I used trees, and only sometimes I could get it to print with no rafts so I just gave in and started using rafts.
