3M 200ml Pneumatic Dispenser Hose Retainer

Mounting retainer for the spray hose accessory on 3M 200ml pneumatic adhesive guns (panel bond, seam sealer, epoxy, etc.).

This keeps the hose assembly secured against the gun when not in use instead of hanging loose.

Mounting Method

This part does NOT snap onto the gun.

It mounts using ½" 3M double-sided automotive tape (VHB or standard 3M attachment tape).

Anyone using this gun in a collision shop likely already has the tape in stock.

Once taped in place, it is very secure.

Retention Action

The hose assembly snaps into the printed retainer with a very satisfying, positive snap.

Firm retention.

Clean “click” engagement.

Easy but intentional removal.

It holds securely during storage but removes instantly when needed.

Print Settings

Printed vertically.

Tree supports required.

0.4mm nozzle.

0.16mm layer height.

PLA tested.

PETG recommended for better shop durability.

Vertical orientation improves strength across the snap arms.

Photos show one installed, one raw print, and one with tree supports still attached.

Material Notes

PETG recommended for chemical resistance and impact durability.

PLA works fine in mild environments.

Avoid brittle materials if your shop runs cold.

Installation

Apply ½" 3M double-sided tape to the back surface.

Clean the gun housing with alcohol.

Press retainer firmly in place.

Allow tape to bond fully.

Snap hose assembly into cradle.
