Soclion

SOCLION is a high-fidelity robot model project designed for the "Kidult" market, reimagining 1980s-90s "Real Robot" aesthetics with a unique philosophical worldview. This project features a sophisticated mechanical design focused on internal frames and realistic movement.### Key FeaturesIntricate Assembly: The model consists of a total of 285 parts, including specialized frames for the upper body (89 parts), arms (90 parts), and legs (49 parts).Mechanical Realism: Designed with a focus on "Mechanical Motion," the model features functional gear linkages and cylinder movements in the neck, arms, and knees.Advanced Articulation: Utilizes ratchet and hexagonal clutch joints to ensure high stability and pose retention, allowing for complex poses like the "kneeling" position.Material & Scale: The prototype is a 1/50 scale model, 3D printed entirely using PETG without the need for external bolts or nuts.### Concept & DesignIdentity: The design is centered around the symbolic identity of a Greek hoplite helmet.Worldview: Set in a world of ideological conflict, the protagonist robot, Soclion, features an evolving 3rd-generation AI capable of emotion and self-awareness.The Rival: Accompanied by the rival unit Thrasymachus, which embodies the philosophy that "Justice is the interest of the stronger".
