SDS MKIV / MKIV I SparkMAX Mounts

A collection of mounting solutions for attaching REV Spark MAX Motor Controller controllers to SDS MKIV Swerve Module and SDS MKIV I Swerve Module swerve modules.

These mounts offer multiple installation options depending on module orientation and available space on the robot.

Note: Only the top-mounted MKIV I cover provides physical protection for the Spark MAX. The other mounts are primarily intended for mounting and cable management and leave the controller partially exposed.

MKIV I Mounts

Top-Mounted Cover
This design consists of a lid and base that mount above the motor.

Features:

• Enclosed cover that offers protection for the Spark MAX
• Three integrated wiring channels for cleaner cable routing

Side-Mounted Cover
This mount attaches to the side of the module by replacing two motor standoffs, with the Spark MAX secured to the mount using two zip ties.

Notes:

• No additional hardware required
• Motor wire positioning is important for proper fitment

MKIV Mounts

Top-Mounted Cover
A compact cover designed to mount above a single motor.

Notes:

• Each cover supports one Spark MAX
• Leaves the controller largely exposed
• Designed with REV NEO Brushless Motor motors in mind
• Spark MAX secured using zip ties

Side-Mounted Cover
This mount replaces two motor standoffs to attach the Spark MAX to the side of the module.

Two versions are included depending on module orientation:

• Front-left / rear-right module
• Front-right / rear-left module
