Window Cleaner Disc. Inner ~85mm, lock ~95mm, outer ~140mm.

I made it for my iBoto WIn395, but I think it's can fit another similar cleaner with same locks and diameters:
Inner ~85mm, lock ~95mm, outer ~140mm.

window_cleaner_disc.stl is normal STL, but it's inner edges has 0.5 gap with outer ring, so slicer can ignore supports for it.
window_cleaner_disc_tsupport.stl conatain integrated thin supports for edges

BEFORE PRINT measure your cleaner and try print window_cleaner_test.stl where only central lock part, so you may find correct values for compensate material temperature shrinkage.
