Product Introduction

This is a 3D-printed case designed to give new life to a rechargeable COB LED key light after its original battery has failed. Instead of throwing the light away, you can reuse its LED module and circuit, allowing you to keep using it for a much longer time because of its excellent brightness and practical performance.

The design is simple, modular, and easy to assemble. It is intended for makers who want to upgrade a small COB key light into a more durable and reusable lighting device.

Additional Components Required

• 4 screws
• Aluminum heatsink (2.5 cm × 2.5 cm × 1 cm)
• Adhesive glue
• 21700 battery
• Electrical wires

Design Features

The design is also flexible. You can replace the 21700 battery with a smaller battery if you prefer a more compact build. Only a small modification to the battery base is needed.

All parts are clip-fit components, making assembly easy and convenient. They are also easy to print with a 3D printer.
