Honda Rebel 1100 Chain Adjuster Tool

This is a chain slack gauge for the 2025 Honda Rebel 1100T DCT. Although I sized it specifically for my 2025 Honda Rebel 1100, it should work on any motorcycle that uses 50mm tubing for the rear swingarm. It is marked off in 5mm increments. I like the original creator got tired of trying to hold a tape measure when adjusting my chain so now I can just clip this onto the swingarm until I am done and it makes the whole process more simple. The markings are still on both sides so you can clip it to the outside or the inside of the swingarm. It is Very easy to print with no supports required. II recommend 99% infill with 3 walls, so that the clip still has a bit of flex, but due to the design this should still not take much time. It was only about a 35 minute print on my Creality K1C. Should work with any non flexible filament. I printed mine in PLA+. Please don't ask me to make it in imperial measurement). The Honda Rebel 1100 Chain adjustment is supposed to be between 15-25mm. You want to keep your slack in between 3-5 Marks. Each mark is spaced out at 5mm.

This is a remix from Vaeloron's original design.
