Raven PFD90 VR Gunstock - Open Source Modular Front Offhand Cup (Standard + Extended + Customizable Parts)

Hey folks,
I've opened up the front offhand cup design for the Raven PFD90 VR gunstock so you can easily create your own custom versions.
The Raven PFD90 is the transforming P90-style gunstock that quickly switches between pistol and rifle mode. The front offhand cup is the ergonomic part that holds your support hand and controller. Now you can make it fit your hand exactly the way you want.
What’s included:

Standard Front Offhand Cup (complete ready-to-print piece)
Extended Front Offhand Cup (complete ready-to-print piece)
Front Cup Backplate (the mounting interface that snaps onto the Raven PFD90)
Front Cup Body (the hand cradle section, provided separately for easy customization)

How to make your own custom front cup (the easy way):

Download both the Front Cup Backplate and your chosen Front Cup Body (or start from scratch).
Import them into your 3D modeling software (Tinkercad, Fusion 360, Blender, Onshape, etc.).
Position the Cup Body wherever you want it relative to the Backplate.
Loft / bridge / merge the two pieces into a single solid part (this creates a strong, seamless one-piece cup with no screws or separate attachments needed).
Export as STL, slice it, and print.
Snap your new custom cup straight onto the Raven PFD90 using the built-in quick-swap mount.

You can still just print the Standard or Extended cups if you don’t feel like customizing — they’re both included as complete, ready-to-go files.
Printing tips:

Material: PETG or Tough PLA / PLA+ recommended (these parts get a lot of handling)
Layer height: 0.16 mm
Infill: 20% (gyroid works well)
Walls: 4–6 perimeters for extra strength
Supports: Yes for the cup overhangs
