Biker Rubber Ducky Handle Bars base mount

The original silicone base is too small for my 28mm handle bars and they rip after few weeks in the sun.
So I made a base to mount with a ziptie.
You should be able to print it without supports.
There are 3 sizes for the standard diameters: 28mm. 25mm and 22mm.
