pivot bar bracket for a drinking bird toy

The thin steel pivot bar eventually rusted out on our drinking bird, so I made a simple replacement that can be 3D printed. It works fine, and can add a bit of colour, too! Pretty much any filament should work fine, as it's not under much load. The clip is set up for our bird with a 7.7mm diameter glass tube. It seems to grip the glass ok, but once you get it dialed in and fettled a bit, you can use a dot of glue to keep it in place.
