Some states require vapor capture equipment on their gas pump nozzles. This is a nightmare for motorcyclists. You have to hold the vapor capture boot back with one hand, while you pump gas with the other, all while hunching over the tank and try to see what you're doing. It makes it very easy to spill gas, which is both dangerous, and counterproductive to the goal of the emissions equipment.

Enter the Filler Clip! Pull the vapor capture boot back manually, and slip the clip over the conveniently located ring on the metal gas pump nozzle. Now, it's out of the way and you can use both hands and see what you're doing. Problem solved.
