Mercedes w124 w140 SL R129 Windscreen Wiper Linkage Bushing
This model is a custom-designed repair part for the unique single-arm windshield wiper mechanism found in the Mercedes-Benz W124.
During the restoration process of the wiper system, a common issue was identified: a worn or broken plastic bushing inside the linkage mechanism. This part is not easily available on the market, and even when found, it may not fit properly or meet the required tolerances.
To solve this problem, this component was reverse-engineered and redesigned from scratch based on precise measurements of the original system.

Install the bushing into the linkage where the original worn plastic component was located. Make sure the fit is snug and apply appropriate grease before reassembly.
