NAS - Network Attached Storage Raspberri Pi 5 - X1009 hat
This is an ultra-compact, easy-to-print NAS enclosure designed for the Raspberry Pi 5 and the Geekworm X1009 HAT. It supports up to five 2.5" SSDs/HDDs, making it a powerful, low-energy solution for your home server or homelab.
The design focuses on two main principles: printability and thermal performance. The parts are optimized to fit on small build plates and are very easy to modify if you want to customize the design.
Key Features
High Ventilation: Engineered with extensive airflow cutouts to ensure your drives and Pi 5 remain cool even under heavy read/write loads.
120mm Fan Support: Designed to house a standard 120x120mm 5V fan for silent but powerful cooling.
Small Printer Friendly: Every part can be printed on small machines
Easy Access Lid: The top cover is a protective lid designed for a friction fit. While it can be glued or screwed down (with some effort), it is highly recommended to leave it unattached for quick access to the internal hardware.
Required Hardware
SBC: Raspberry Pi 5.
HAT: Geekworm X1009 (PCIe to 5x SATA).
