Gas manifold wall mount for anaerobic microbiology
A wall-mounted backplate that holds four three-way luer-lock stopcocks in a row to build a low-cost gassing station. The clips snap onto standard disposable medical three-way stopcocks (around 11.75 mm barrel diameter). The OpenSCAD source is included, so the clip diameter can be adjusted if you use a different valve brand.
Materials:
4 × three-way luer-lock stopcocks, ~11.75 mm barrel diameter
2 × wood screws or wall anchors appropriate for your wall material
Silicone or Tygon tubing to connect gas source and culture bottles
To connect this manifold to a gas tank regulator I use a straight brass barb fitting reducer (8 mm to 4 mm)and a polypropylene hose barb coupler (4 mm barb × G1/4 female thread).
