Downtube Toolbox

This is a bicycle toolbox designed to be mounted on the downtube. It consists of three components: a body and a cap, both 3D-printed from TPU, and a rail printed from ASA. The rail features two mounting holes spaced 2.5 inches apart, matching standard bottle cage screw dimensions, and is designed for use with M5 flat head screws. The body and cap slide smoothly onto the rail. The basic shapes were defined in a DXF file, which was then imported into OpenSCAD to drive the 3D design.
