Boe-bot whiskers sensor support v2.3

This is an improved whiskers sensor support for boe-bot (https://www.parallax.com/product/boe-bot-robot).
Two main objectives can be achieved with this design:
1- Reliability improvement
2- Flexibility, allowing to be installed on the front or back side of the boe-bot.
