Extended Greg's extruder for Reprap Samuel

My modified Greg's extruder for the RepRap Samuel. I designed this for my second printer because I couldn't find a geared extruder for my Samuel. This model keeps the motor out of the way and above the X-Axis rods. Also, For this printer I chose the Prometheus hotend which mount is very similar to a J-head hotend but still a bit different, So I incorporated a hotend clamp by slipstream into the extruder to allow for slight differences in hotend mounts. I also included supports inside the file so it can be printed without any support settings inside your slicer. For use with standard 1/5 gears.
