Blackjack Playing Card Dealer Shoe (with optional expansion)
Original design.
Can't believe this wasn't already made already! Needed a test of fit tolerances, and drew this dealing shoe model up and it fit the bill nicely.
Bottom plates should fit tightly and not slide around.
Top plates should be firm but slideable for easy removal.
Wedge should be printed separately, and as solid as it can be printed. Weight is important in pushing the cards forward!
Didn't have a deck of cards on hand when the pictures were taken and used a stack of business cards, but I have tested a deck of Cards Against Humanity cards in it and confirmed that they work BEAUTIFULLY!
I'm aware that the expansion is a tight fit. It's supposed to be that way. When assembling, try to avoid having to re-set the pieces together. You don't want to damage the jigsaw assembly nubs!
Model in the photos was printed on a Stratasys Fortus 250mc in Blue PLA.
