Another Cable clip for extruder K8400

customised clip on idea from the clip from saschild for double extruder.
One file is for 2x 4 mm teflon and electronic wire/connector and a file
for one 4 mm tube, one 4 mm + wiring and the extra wire clip to the
connector (see pictures).
